Virgin Active, a large fitness brand with gyms in 8 countries, was founded on a philosophy of wellness that Myrtha Wellness has helped them bring to life in their Milano Bocconi Fitness Village. Following the Bocconi success, Myrtha Wellness has again collaborated with Virgin to create a relaxing, revitalizing experience at their Club Collection Via Mantova in Rome. The club, a stone’s throw from the gorgeous gardens of Villa Borghese, is part of the high-end Virgin Active Club Collection. To meet the brand’s high standards, a modern, sensational installation was designed to bring members the ultimate in relaxation and offer the opportunity to refresh after a good workout.
Inside the wellness area, guests enjoy two hydromassage mini pools, a Myrtha Wellness ice fountain, a Turkish bath, two emotional showers, and a sauna. In addition to the collection of spa features, we’ve also created a quiet space equipped with Myrtha Wellness relaxation beds and a herbal tea corner.
The two mini pools offer a full-body hydromassage experience. The tanks are equipped with Myrtha Technology jets that propel a stress-releasing, circulation-enhancing mixture of water and air that circulates around the body from neck to ankles.
Wellness is not only about rejuvenating the body, but also about refreshing the mind. Myrtha emotional showers allow bathers to slow down time for a moment and immerse themselves in an environment of water, music, and chromotherapy that washes away the stresses of the day.
Another mind-body wellness experience, the Myrtha hammam or Turkish steam bath, surrounds the guest with a thin mist while relaxing in an environment of oriental charm. A great experience to steam away an ache or a pain while also refreshing the spirit.
